Breb's Cosy Barn

Breb’s Cosy Barn is an old traditional wooden barn located in a beautiful, private green garden, in the charming village of Breb – Maramureș. Transformed into a lovely, alternative, vibrant, and light-filled living space, it brings old wood to life and exudes a traditional touch. Renovated with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen, it creates a special atmosphere with the scents of times past.

The barn has now been divided into 2 separate areas (2 separate entrances, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 large bedrooms) that can be rented separately or the entire house can be rented for a larger group. There are two apartments; the smaller one was made from the animal stable, now transformed into a comfortable room with a reading/singing/relaxation corner, a beautiful kitchen where you can make coffee, prepare breakfast, and a small, cute bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a bed for children, and, if needed, a comfortable armchair for a second child.

The second apartment is larger, used to house horse carriages, hay in the barn, and a small room where the family once lived. Now it has a spacious kitchen and a bright living room with a view of the garden on two sides. The large staircase leads to an open bedroom where a family/group of 4-5 people can sleep comfortably without feeling crowded. There is space for an additional bed or a child’s bed. Outside, in the garden, you have multiple options for dining, sitting, and relaxing, spending quality time with friends and family. Children are very welcome and have a wonderful playground in the barnyard. Well-behaved dogs traveling with their families are also welcome to enjoy the vacation.

The garden is spacious, with plenty of green space and a bonfire pit, outdoor tables, chairs, benches, hammocks, and a lovely gazebo for rainy days.
